- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I thought this business was reputable, but after my experience last month I won't be using it again. First, let me say I ordinarily don't complain on social media and although Mary and her staff apologized the only party that wasn't terribly inconvenienced was the store and staff. I mailed a 13 lb box, they sent it to the wrong location and my sister received a watch that was rather expensive instead. I notified the store which then required my sister to bring her baby out to her local ups store because they couldn't get a truck out to pick it up. Meanwhile they located my package and rather than overnight it, they sent it ground; it arrived 6 days late. I was assured a shipping refund and never heard back. I'm not asking for free service I was asking for trustworthy service. What the business and the watch owner doesn't realize is we saved you well over 1k and your reputation by doing all the leg work. We fixed your major screw up. In the end the honest folks lost. Choose US postal service, drive a little farther they've never let me down.By gina melendez, December 29, 2016
